Welcome to SirBro, an AI-powered sports insights and community app operated by LEVANTEM AI LTD, a company registered in Cyprus (address: Gladstonos, 116, M.Kyprianou House, 3&4th floor, 3032, Limassol, Cyprus).

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SirBro mobile application, SirBro websites, email preference and partner-information pages, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using SirBro, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. Acceptance of these Terms does not constitute consent to receive optional marketing or betting-partner offers.

1. Eligibility

SirBro is intended only for users aged 18 or older. By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law. A higher minimum age may apply to a third-party offer in your country, state, or province.

2. Overview of the Service

SirBro provides:

• AI-generated sports predictions, insights, and statistics;
• Sports-related discussions and community chats;
• Access to football data and analysis tools; and
• Optional email communications and, where separately requested and legally available, information and promotional offers from third-party betting operators.

All SirBro content and predictions are for entertainment and informational purposes only. SirBro is not a bookmaker, gambling operator, betting exchange, or payment provider. We do not accept bets or manage wagers. SirBro does not provide financial, investment, or betting advice. Any third-party offer is governed by Sections 13 to 15 below.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account using your email address. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and to protect your account credentials. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use SirBro for any unlawful purpose;
• Share, promote, or solicit betting or gambling through SirBro community features;
• Post or share harmful, abusive, or misleading content;
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service;
• Use automation, bots, or scrapers without permission;
• Circumvent any age, consent, location, security, or offer-eligibility control; or
• Access a third-party promotion that is unlawful or unavailable to you.

5. Community Features

SirBro includes chat and community functions. You are solely responsible for the content you post. We may moderate or remove content at our discretion to maintain a safe environment and comply with applicable law.

6. AI-Generated Content

SirBro uses third-party AI systems. AI-generated information may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Predictions and probabilities are estimates, not guarantees. You agree to use such information for entertainment and informational purposes only.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials within the Service are owned or licensed by LEVANTEM AI LTD. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use SirBro solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Free Access and Premium Subscriptions

The App operates on a "freemium" model. Users may access a limited, free version of the App which includes base prediction features, standard daily limits, and basic progression.

SirBro also offers optional, auto-renewing premium subscriptions, including the "Playmaker" and "ProBro" tiers, that unlock enhanced software functionality, higher daily prediction caps, cosmetic profile upgrades, and accelerated virtual progression (XP/BP multipliers). Available products, features, prices, and regional availability are shown in the App Store or Google Play purchase interface and may change.

9. Subscription Billing and Cancellation

Payment. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.

Auto-Renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, or within any different deadline displayed by the applicable store.

Charges. Your store account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the price displayed by the applicable store.

Management. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings. SirBro cannot cancel a store subscription on your behalf. Deleting the App or your SirBro account does not automatically cancel a store subscription.

No Refunds. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or approved under the applicable store rules.

Purchasing a premium subscription strictly grants access to enhanced software features, visual cosmetics, and quality-of-life platform upgrades. A subscription fee is a payment for software services; it is not a deposit, wager, buy-in, or capital for live prediction mechanics. While subscriptions may increase the rate at which users earn virtual Bro Points (BP), BP remains entirely virtual, has no real-world value, and cannot be withdrawn regardless of subscription status.

10. Virtual Currency (Bro Points / BP) and Virtual Items

The App uses a virtual in-app currency known as "Bro Points" (BP) and virtual inventory items such as Gamification Cards and Chests. BP and virtual items are strictly for entertainment. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for fiat currency, real-world goods, or services, and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside the App.

You acknowledge that you do not own the BP or virtual items in your account. LEVANTEM AI LTD grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use BP and virtual items solely within the App. We reserve the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate BP and virtual items, with or without notice, subject to mandatory applicable law.

11. Live Gamification and "Picks"

The App features live prediction mechanics, including Live Match Challenges and market simulations, where users can use BP to back certain sports outcomes by acquiring "Picks." These mechanics are simulated games of skill and entertainment. Acquiring a Pick does not constitute purchasing a financial derivative, security, commodity, or placing a real-money wager. "Net BP" values are algorithmically determined simulations based on third-party sports data feeds and do not represent financial-market pricing.

12. Market Halts, Errors, and Voiding Rights

Live sports data is subject to delays, interruptions, and inaccuracies. LEVANTEM AI LTD may halt, suspend, correct, or cancel live prediction markets or events, including during VAR checks, injuries, or data-feed anomalies.

If a technical error, latency issue, broadcast delay, data-feed manipulation, or exploit allows a user to acquire or close Picks at incorrect BP values, LEVANTEM AI LTD may void the affected Picks, reverse the transaction, and correct the corresponding BP balance.

13. Service Communications and Optional Marketing

We may send messages necessary to operate your account or the Service, including security, verification, subscription, purchase, legal-policy, and support communications. These messages are not optional marketing.

Optional marketing is controlled separately. Depending on availability, you may independently choose whether to receive: (a) SirBro football predictions, match analysis, and editorial insights; (b) SirBro product, feature, and subscription updates; and (c) promotional betting-partner offers sent by SirBro. We may require double opt-in.

Marketing controls are optional and unchecked unless we already hold valid, specific, and demonstrable consent. Acceptance of these Terms is not marketing consent. You can change topics or withdraw consent at any time through preferences.sirbro.gg, an unsubscribe link, or another method we provide. Withdrawal does not affect your access to the core Service.

14. Affiliate and Third-Party Betting Offers

Where legally permitted and separately requested by you, SirBro may send information and promotional offers from third-party betting operators that SirBro has approved as legally eligible for promotion in your location. Depending on the jurisdiction, an operator may be locally licensed, lawfully available under a cross-border permission, or permitted to market without a locally issued license.

SirBro may receive a fixed fee or commission when you follow an affiliate link, register, deposit, complete a qualifying transaction, or perform another specified action. This commercial relationship does not alter SirBro predictions and does not make the operator part of the SirBro Service.

A partner link may first take you to offers.sirbro.gg, where SirBro may recheck location or eligibility and show the operator, material offer terms, an affiliate disclosure, and responsible-gambling information. You must deliberately choose whether to continue to the operator.

The presence of an operator or offer does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee. SirBro does not guarantee that an operator or offer is lawful, suitable, available, or acceptable for you, or that a bonus, payout, or other benefit will be provided.

15. Third-Party Transactions, Data, and Responsible Use

Any operator account, age or identity verification, deposit, wager, bonus, withdrawal, dispute, or other transaction is exclusively between you and the operator and is governed by the operator’s terms, privacy policy, and applicable law. SirBro does not accept, place, settle, or manage that transaction.

Unless you provide separate and explicit consent for a specifically disclosed data-sharing arrangement, SirBro does not provide a betting operator with your email address, name, date of birth, or direct SirBro account identifier. An operator may independently collect data after you leave SirBro.

If you choose to visit an operator, you are responsible for confirming that you meet all applicable age, location, and legal requirements. Gambling involves a risk of financial loss and other harm. Never treat a SirBro prediction as a guarantee and never gamble more than you can afford to lose.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

SirBro is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. LEVANTEM AI LTD makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, profitability, or availability of the Service, predictions, data, communications, or third-party offers. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LEVANTEM AI LTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of SirBro, reliance on predictions or data, or dealings with a third-party operator. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. We will publish the revised date and provide reasonable notice of material changes where required. If applicable law requires affirmative acceptance, we will request it separately. A Terms update does not create, expand, or replace optional marketing consent.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Subject to mandatory consumer-protection and jurisdiction rights that apply to you, disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Limassol, Cyprus.
